We had a very successful first week of school! It is so fun to have a class with everyone all together!
Class Changes
If you are still wanting to get into the class, class change night is Monday 8/21. You need to make an appointment and then you can change your classes.
Pre-Region
We had so many great performances at Pre-Region on Saturday. We are really excited with where you are at and the potential for the season. Thank you all for being so supportive to each other. And thank you to the parents for donating snacks and helping with the road crossing. The results are posted here.
Freshman GroupMe
Freshman use this link to get added to the GroupMe! We will give specific instructions to Freshman as they come to the school at a later time than the rest of the team.
Saturday 8/29
Fleet-Feet in Ogden has offered a store visit for their team on Saturday August 29th. We will meet in Ogden and then do our run there and then visit the store.
This week:
Media Day
On Monday, we are taking some team photos. Please come with your teal jersey and black bottoms, ready for a photo. We will do one of each class and the whole team. Meet at the front of the school, by the cement FHS. Freshmen, meet in that same spot at 3:30.
No Race This Week
We do not have a race this week, so it's a really good time to push it in our workouts. Although, it will still be really hot in the afternoons. Please come to practice well hydrated and with water to have at practice. Also, come mentally ready to push yourself. These are the days that get you ready to give your all on race days.
