Summer XC Week 3 (June 22-27)

Thanks for another great week and THANK you to everyone who is still logging runs when you can't be at practice. Remember this summer is the most important part of our season and consistency is key! You each have been assigned a coach who will track your mileage on Strava and check in with you on your running. If you have questions, go to that coach for help. Here is the schedule for the week:

Weekly Practice Schedule

Monday June 22nd - 7 AM Boys @ Nicholls Park (1105 Nicholls Rd)
                                   7:30 AM Girls @ Nicholls Park (1105 Nicholls Rd)

Tuesday June 23rd - 3-5 Miles on your own

Wednesday June 24th - 7 AM Girls @ Forbush Park
                                   7:30 AM Boys @ Forbush Park

Thursday June 25th - 3-5 Miles on your own

Friday June 26th - 7 AM Boys @ Freedom Hills Park (2150 N 150 E, Centerville)
                             7:30 AM Girls @ Freedom Hills Park (2150 N 150 E, Centerville)

Saturday June 27th - 3-5 Miles on your own

Weekly Mileage: - Keep our mileage the same as last week unless directed otherwise by a coach.
New Runners: 14-16 Miles
Returning JV: 16-22 Miles
Returning Varsity: 22-30 Miles
