Summer XC Week 2 (June 15-20)

Great week of training last week. It was fun to be back with everyone again. Keep coming to practice and tell your friends to come too! We'd love to have them. Thank you to everyone who has been logging your miles on Strava. If you haven't been, please go back in and start doing that. Also one last reminder for everyone who HAS NOT filled out the summer XC form, please go and do that now so I can add the fees to your MyDSD and so we know for sure who is doing summer XC with us. - "If you haven't already, please fill out this Farmington Summer XC 2020 Registration form and I will just add the $30 summer fee to your MyDSD where you can pay it online (or you can always go to the main office and take care of it there)."

Weekly Practice Schedule

Monday June 15th - 7 AM Girls @ Glovers Park (By Canyon Creek elementary)
                                   7:30 AM Boys @ Glovers Park (By Canyon Creek elementary)

Tuesday June 16th - 3-5 Miles on your own

Wednesday June 17th - 7 AM Boys @ Vita Trail (1533 E. 650 N. Fruit Heights)
                                   7:30 AM Girls @ Vita Trail (1533 E. 650 N. Fruit Heights)
*Carpool or get dropped off if you can as parking spaces are limited.
Thursday June 18th - 3-5 Miles on your own 

Friday June 19th - 7 AM Girls @ Forbush Park
                             7:30 AM Boys @ Forbush Park

Saturday June 20th - 3-5 Miles on your own

Weekly Mileage: - Increase your mileage by about 10% 
New Runners: 14-16 Miles
Returning JV: 16-22 Miles
Returning Varsity: 22-30 Miles

If you aren't sure what mileage you should be at for the week talk to a coach.
