Summer XC 2020 is Here!!

Summer cross country is upon us! We have been waiting to meet back up and we are finally able to. We are so excited for the team we have this upcoming year. We are going to be very competitive on both the boys and girls side and we're really looking forward to seeing everyone improve their times this season. Each Sunday night this blog will be updated on the weekly practice schedule including locations and times. Please refer to it often as there may be last minute changes if something comes up but that should be a rare occasion. If you have friends who don't want to run the season but want to train with us in the summer they are welcome to do that.

If you haven't already, please fill out this Farmington Summer XC 2020 Registration form and I will just add the $30 summer fee to your MyDSD where you can pay it online (or you can always go to the main office and take care of it there).

Please come as often as you can. We understand you have trips or things going on so if you can't make it, please be sure to talk to a coach and to still get your run in for the day wherever you are and LOG YOUR MILES ON STRAVA!!

Weekly Practice Schedule
Monday June 8th - 7 AM Boys @ FHS (Behind East Bleachers)
                            7:30 AM Girls @ FHS (Behind East Bleachers)
*BRING A RAIN JACKET

Tuesday June 9th - 3-5 Miles on your own

Wednesday June 10th - 7 AM Boys @ Ponds Park (North Lot)
                                   7:30 AM Girls @ Ponds Park (North Lot)

Thursday June 11th - 3-5 Miles on your own 

Friday June 12th - 7 AM Girls @ Heritage Park in Farmington (North of Shephard ln)
                             7:30 AM Boys @ Heritage Park in Farmington (North of Shephard ln) 

Saturday June 13th - 3-5 Miles on your own

Weekly Mileage: 
New Runners: 13-15 Miles
Returning JV: 15-20 Miles

  • Returning Varsity: 20-25 Miles
