If you haven't already created a Strava Account please go on and do so and join the "Farmington XC" club. Start logging your miles and if you need to back log your miles so we know exactly how many miles you are running. If you are wondering how many miles to be running, please talk to one of the coaches to have them help you figure that out.
Weekly Practice Schedule:
Monday June 21st - 7 AM @ Heritage Park (Farmington - By the Maverik off Shephard Ln)
Tuesday June 22nd - On Your Own - (3-5 Miles)
Wednesday June 23rd - 7 AM @ Glover's Park (1100 W Glovers Ln)
Thursday June 24th - On Your Own - (3-5 Miles)
Friday June 25th - 7 AM @ Barnes Park
Saturday June 26th - On Your Own - (3-5 Miles or what you need to finish your mileage, if you already hit your mileage, go for a bike ride)
Weekly Mileage Chart:
Beginners: 12-15 Miles
Returning rookies: 15-17 Miles
Upper Classman JV: 18-20 Miles
Varsity: 22-26 Miles
