Welcome back from your break for those of you who took one and those that are new, welcome to the best running family imaginable. This week we are getting started with our summer training. Hopefully you started running last week but if you didn't, change that and get started this week. If you haven't already signed up for the summer XC training, please do so here:

We also have our Jr. Phoenix Kids Camp this Thursday-Saturday. If you are around and able to make it to help us run that camp that would be amazing. Check the schedule below so you know where and when we are meeting for different things this week. If you are new, when you get to practice make sure you ask someone to add you to the Farmington XC Group Me.

Weekly Practice Schedule
Monday June 14th - 7AM @ FHS (East side outside the stadium, by the driver's ed lot)
Tuesday June 15th - On your own (2-4 miles easy)
Wednesday June 16th - 7 AM @ Ponds Park - North Lot (50 E Burton Ln, Kaysville, UT 84037)
Thursday June 17th - 8:45AM @ FHS Track for Jr. Phoenix Kids Camp (9AM-11AM)
Friday June 18th - 7:30 AM @ FHS Track - Jr. Phoenix Kids Camp (9AM-11AM)
Saturday June 19th - 7:30 AM @ FHS Track for Jr. Phoenix Kids Camp Track Meet (Starts at 8 AM)
Weekly Mileage Chart:
Beginners: 10-12 Miles
Returning rookies: 12-15 Miles
Upper Classman JV: 15-18 Miles
Varsity: 20-23 Miles
