January 13th - January 18th - BYU Indoor

Hey guys. Thanks to all those who have been coming to practice the past week. Remember to spread word and get your friends out to practice. This is the "Summer" of the track season meaning now is the time to get in shape and get ready for the season. If we want to be competitive this year we need our team at practice.

Thanks to those who have paid their $50 into the track account into the office. If you haven't paid yet, please get that in this week.

Also a reminder to get going on your eligibility. If you need a physical (haven't had one within the past year) you need to schedule one asap.

This week is the BYU Indoor Invitational. Because of legal issues I cannot sign you up. You will need to sign yourself up and you MUST do so online. There will be no day of race registration. Follow this link and follow the instructions to register online: BYU Indoor Invite

This meet is totally optional. If you can make it and can get a ride down there, great. If you can't make it, no problem. We will have a meet next weekend at the Olympic Oval in Kearns. More info to come with that.

Practice Schedule this Week:

Monday January 13th - Practice on you own. Your workout will be on train heroic.

Tuesday January 14th - 2:40 PM @ FHS Weight room
Throwers: Practice will be at 6:00 AM with coach Ehardt in the weight room.

Wednesday January 15th - Practice on you own. Your workout will be on train heroic.

Thursday January 16th - 2:40 PM @ FHS Weight room
Throwers: Practice will be at 6:00 AM with coach Ehardt in the weight room.

Friday January 17th - Practice on you own. Your workout will be on train heroic.

Saturday January 18th - Practice on you own. Your workout will be on train heroic.

Distance: Mileage will stay at 70% this week.
