First of all I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that helped out with the fire Fest on Friday. We hosted a big meet and it went very smoothly. We saw lots of great performances by a lot of our own kids and everyone represented Farmington very well. so THANK you to all of you who stayed for hours and hours at the meet and all the parents who helped as well. We couldn't have done it without you. Congrats to the following athletes for hitting state qualifying marks at our meet:

This week we have 2 meets again like last week. This Thursday we have a region meet at Bonneville. Buses will leave at 2:00 PM. We will have the entire team competing at this meet on Thursday as our invite is on Saturday and we will take Friday as a recovery day. Now, there were quite a few of you who did not help out at our home meet. If you did not help out at our meet on Friday, we will not sign you up for events this Thursday. We had athletes spend hours helping and some did not even show up. To be on this team, you need to be a part of everything this team does. You don't just show up whenever you want if you are on the football team, volleyball team or any other team for that matter. So if you did help out and are planning on attending the meet on Thursday you need to fill out this form to sign up for events:
2021 - Region Meet @ Bonneville - April 15th Sign up
For our invite on Saturday it will be at Davis High. We will not be doing a bus as most of you live closer to Davis high than Farmington. So if you don't know how the Davis invite works, read carefully. We will submit the names of most of our athletes to try to get into the meet. Davis will then close entries Monday night. They will then take the top 8-16 times or marks, depending on the event, and those kids will get into the invited section of the meet Saturday afternoon/evening. The next 35-80 times/marks (depending on the event) will then be allowed into the open portion of their invite in the morning. We won't know who made it into the meet until they post the entries later in the week so we will let you know once we do. Those who do make it into the open or invited part of the meet will compete Saturday. If you are not able to compete for whatever reason (injury, prom etc) please let us know so we can scratch you out of the meet.
