March 15th - 20th - JV Meet @ Box Elder

THANK YOU to everyone who helped at our first meet this past week. We couldn't have done it without everyone's help. For our first meet, despite some cold and wet conditions we saw some great marks and are off to a great start for the year. Here are the results if you haven't seen them yet. This week we have a JV meet @ Box Elder and it is actually on Wednesday, it got moved to Wednesday due to some scheduling issues. See info below for bus times. 

We are also just 2 weeks away from the end of 3rd term. Your eligibility for our meets in April and May will be based on your grades from 3rd term. Please get those grades up and if you are OFF TRACK in any PFAs or Projects, get those in. Take advantage of this week for the extra long MAPS class periods and notes on PFAs to get caught up where you need it. Do not wait until the last minute. As a reminder it is only one F and above a 2.0 to be eligible but I would like ZERO Fs on 3rd term so it isn't a problem. 

Also make sure you are at practice EVERY DAY. If something rare comes up, talk with an event coach, don't just not show up. If you miss the practice where we sign everyone up for the meet this week, you will not get signed up and you will not compete.

Monday March 15th: - 2:40 PM @ FHS - Auditorium Stairs

Tuesday March 16th: - 1:10 PM @ FHS - Auditorium Stairs

Wednesday March 17th: - JV Meet @ Box Elder - Buses Leave @ 1:45 PM.

Meet Starts at 3:30 

*Covid Testing at 12:10

Thursday March 18th: - 11:15 AM @ FHS - Auditorium Stairs & 2:30 PM For those who aren't in the 8th period track class.

Friday March 19th: - 2:00 PM @ FHS - West Stadium Bleachers

Saturday March 20th: - On your own - Check Train Heroic


Distance Mileage: Keep Mileage the same as last week (100%).
