THANK YOU to everyone who helped last week at the junior high meet. It was a great meet and all of the junior high coaches said it was the best meet they have been to so thank you for all of you who made it possible. Great job to everyone who competed on Saturday at the Morgan invitational. Thank you to those who stayed during the meet and cheered your teammates on. We need to make sure we are doing a better job of supporting our teammates.
Congrats to Marianne Barber who qualified for state in both the 400 and 200 M Dash (58.77 & 26.37)

This week is our busiest week yet. Wednesday we host our last junior high meet. Thursday we host a region tri meet with Box Elder and Roy. Friday we travel to Herriman for those that make it into the meet. Pay attention to the schedule this week and make sure you plan on staying with the team for the duration of the meet Friday.

Monday April 29th - 2:40 PM @ HS Weight room
* Hurdlers work starts with sprints today, then meet coach Brower @ 3:45 PM
** High Jumpers will work with coach Brower @ 2:40 PM
Tuesday April 30th - 1:10 PM (8th period) practice @ HS Weight Room
*Hurdlers with coach Brower @ 1:25 PM
** High Jump with coach Brower @ 2:20 PM
Wednesday May 1st - Junior High Meet @ Farmington High @ 3:15 PM - We need help running this meet again and will need to do it in shifts so we can get our workout in while we help so please talk to your event coach to know what the workout is for the day.

Thursday May 2nd - Region 5 Home Meet @ 3:30 PM. If you are not competing today please help out with the meet.
Friday May 3rd - Herriman Twilight Meet - Bus Leaves @ 1:15 PM
*Schedule - Note: Field events start at 2:45 PM and track events start at 3:45 PM
Saturday May 4th - Get in a run/workout on your own. Talk to your event coach.
