It is here. The week of Region has arrived. Everything we have been training all summer and season for is this race. For those who will not go on to state this will be your last week of UHSAA cross country. You are still welcome to come to practice and be a part of the team but this is the last race of the high school season. Let's make it count. Please please please get some sleep starting today and stay hydrated all week. Control what you can control.
Big thanks to the Hogans for letting us use their house for our team dinner last week (also thanks to the Bernings, Halversons, and Baucos and Cresaps for your help). This week our team dinner will be Thursday @ 6 PM @ the Brenchley home.

One other thing to add to your calendars is November 1st. We are putting together a team banquet for that night and will be putting it on at the high school commons (cafeteria) Thursday November 1st @ TBA. I will give out more information as we finalize plans for that night but please add that to your calendars.
I will also be rolling out more info on footlocker once we have final approval on the trip but just to give you a heads up it will be November 29th-December 2nd. We will leave early Thursday morning to Walnut, California and get back Sunday night. It will likely be about $300 per athlete for hotel, bus, and a ticket in to Knott's berry farm.
