Farmington XC Week 3

Week 2 was a great success and we are ready for more! Thanks to all of you who have been logging your miles on Strava. If you haven't been, repent and get on it. If you don't have a Strava account yet please get on there and get logging. We can't help you if you don't let us know what you are doing. Thanks to those who are running 6 days a week as well. Remember, just because we aren't meeting every day means that it is a day off. That being said here is the schedule for the week. Notice that this Friday we are meeting in a different location.

Monday June 25th: 7 AM @ Ponds Park (North Lot)

Wednesday June 27th: 7 AM @ Vita Trail (1533 E. 650 N. Fruit Heights)

Friday June 29th: 7 AM @ Forbush Park (100 Main St, Farmington, UT 84025)

Just a heads up on what is coming up next week. We have moratorium all week for the 4th of July so we will not be having practice at all. You should still plan on running every day and it would be good to find a 5k somewhere and go race. Keep taking care of yourselves (drinking water, stretching, getting sleep).
