Another week of summer in the books. So many of you are doing an outstanding job of being consistent and hitting your mileage. I see a lot of you even finding time to run while at FSY, camps, or wherever you are. I love to see it. Making time like that will pay off for you in a big way.
If you haven't been as consistent as you intended to, or not as consistent as you'd like, make this week your week to start. We'll be meeting 3 days as a team, plus Saturday as athletes only with a breakfast to follow. Plan your week out so you can be there, assuming you are in town.
Here are a few things for this week outside of the standard practice locations and mileage plan outlined below.
Monday- we'll be at Freedom hills park, bring spikeball and someone bring a frisbee so we can either play ultimate frisbee after or spikeball. They also have a disc golf course that we can play on if you have discs.
Thursday - We might do a group run at Muller park at 7 AM. Info on this is tbd. Team pickleball at 12 PM.
Saturday - Team breakfast hosted by the Richardsons (thank you!!) Location tbd.

I'm going to order the watches for those who have requested one later this week. I had previously said a few days ago, but I had a few requests come in later and I want to get everyone I can. Please check a few previous groupme posts for the details there. Contact me asap with your request. If I don't reply, then I didn't see it.
