Let's get on our eligibility stuff now as we don't want to wait for forever to get that stuff in. I need that by August 7th. Look in last week's post for info on the team physical night it will be July 31st if you need to get a physical. We also have XC camp coming up the end of July and our Phoenix 5k is about a month away. Let's start spreading word and starting bringing in prizes and sponsors. Visit the Phoenix 5k page for info regarding our fundraiser.
Here is the skinny with sponsors. If you have sponsors that would like to donate and are donating an amount smaller than $250, then you can take your check (made out to "Farmington High School Cross Country") to the school and give it to Susan Spencer (head secretary) and you can get a "receipt" to give back to sponsors for their records. If they are donating an amount of $250 or more, then bring the check to Susan Spencer and we will send it to the Davis Foundation where sponsors will get an official thank you and receipt. Also, if a company is donating over $200 then ask them for a logo of their company and we will get it on the back of our race shirt.

8:10 AM - Nutrition Class with Jackie Hendrickson (from Davis District) @ Farmington Park
Thursday July 11th - No Team Practice - Run on your own 3-6 miles
Friday July 12th - 7 AM @ Freedom Hills Park (2150 N 150 E, Centerville)
Saturday July 13th - No Team Practice - Run on your own 3-8 miles or go race in the Farmington Days 5k.
Increase mileage by 10% this week.
