7/16 update

Phoenix,

Brief update this week. The key is to maintain your max mileage. We'll start mixing in some more intensity starting next week!

We're going to be on mostly trails next week, so look alive. Friday's practice is in Bountiful, so plan accordingly. It is also an out and back that goes uphill for the first half, then immediately down. Take the up easy and just work for the mileage.
