April 11th - 16th - Weber Home Dual & Home Fire Fest Invitational

I hope everyone enjoyed their Spring break and hopefully we didn’t just take the entire week off. We have a super busy week this week so hopefully everyone is well rested and ready to go because we have a lot going on and we need YOUR help. Monday we host a Jr. High meet with 4 jr high schools including Farmington Jr. We host this as a way to run these meets for the Jr high schools but it acts as a fundraiser for our program. I don’t make you go sell cookie dough door to door, I just ask that you help us host some meets. We need all hands on deck to help this run smoothly. We also host Weber on Wednesday in a dual meet format. If you have friends or family who can help us out at the Wednesday meet, please let me know. We also host our invitational on Friday. This is the big one. This is the meet we need EVERYONE’s help. If you are not competing at the invitational, you are required to be at the meet helping out. I will have a sign up sheet so you can sign up for a place to help out. Please don’t make any other plans and change any plans if needed, because we need you. Also this week the weather will be pretty wet and colder than it has been so prepare for that for both workouts outside and helping out at the meet. 

We had a few athletes go down to California and competed at the prestigious Arcadia Invitational. Congrats to the following athletes for doing a great job and representing Farmington well: Results here

Meet Help Sign ups - Please sign up for a job on Monday, and Wednesday. I will make assignments for everyone Friday so stay tuned on those assignments (check link below later in the week once assignments have been made).

Monday April 11th - Jr. High Meet @ Farmington - Get out to the track ASAP after school to help with the meet. Practice will be staggered. We will have shifts so you can get your workout in when you aren’t helping with the meet.
