Hey Phoenix. Great job this week at the district championships. We had a great showing in all of the races. Special thanks to the parents who helped with the snacks at the meet and for the parents who helped with the team dinner Tuesday (thank you Thornton's for hosting).

This week is a big week for us as we are getting into the end part of our season. We have the Royal Run on Saturday as well as a few of our athletes going up to Idaho to compete in the Bob Firman invitational.

Bob Firman Info:
Those going to Bob Firman, the team will be meeting up at 6:00 AM at the high school on Friday morning. You need your parents to check you out of school as this is not a school trip. If you haven't already please pay the Wall family $70 for your hotel, entry fee and transportation (unless you have told me you are going up with your parents).
